Through interviews with the current employee(s), the new employee, their manager, team members, and HR, I gather insights to design a seamless transition. I provide checklists for outgoing employees, tailored action plans and onboarding timetables for new hires, and support materials for managers and co-workers so everyone knows their role in the handover and feels prepared.
